Requesting time and dates

    1. How to request a specific service time and date?

The service time can be requested after downloading the “GOBEAUTY” mobile application and registering.

    1. What are the operating hours?

For now the services are offered from 09h. till 20h. We are working on provide service in the earlier and later hours of the day.

    1. Can I make a request if I don’t have a mobile phone?

At this stage we only accept requests via the mobile app.

    1. What is the duration of services

The duration is detailed when selecting each service. If this is not the case, the duration is relative and according to your needs and the way the specialist works, the duration may vary.

    1. What do I need to prepare before a visit from a massage specialist?

In massage procedures it is advisable to choose a room that is spacious enough to accommodate a massage table. The required dimensions are: 2.50m. width and 3.60m. length.

It is best if the room is quiet and there is an option for dim light. Our specialist will play relaxing music.

    1. What should I do before a visit from a specialist in procedures for manicure and pedicure?

A manicure procedure requires a table, two chairs and a power supply nearby. For pedicure – comfortable armchair and power supply.

    1. What do I have to prepare before a visit from a hairstylist?

Hairdressing procedures require a low backrest chair as well as power supply. It is also advisable to have a mirror nearby. If haircut services are performed, it is advisable to choose a room that is easy to clean. Wash your hair just before the visit. GoBeauty specialists do not wash the hair.

    1. How can I add another service after the request has already been made? And how can I add a service in the process of performing the service?

This feature is not yet active at this stage, but we will be able to offer it soon.

    1. What if I am late for my visit?

Your specialist will contact you if you are not at the address.

    1. Can I book an hour that cannot be booked by the system?

At this stage, GoBeauty only offers hours in the 08-20h range. We are also working on opening earlier and later hours, which will have different pricing.

Payments

      1. How do I pay for the service?

The services are paid through the mobile application after you have entered your card payment information at registration. By booking an hour, you are automatically charged for the service.

      1. What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?

With a cancellation less than 60 minutes before the agreed time of the visit, you pay 100% of the paid service fee.

Between 1 hour and 4 hours before the agreed time of the visit – you pay 30% of the amount paid. If more than 4 hours before the agreed time of the visit – we refund of the entire amount paid.

      1. Should I leave a tip to a specialist?

No tip is included in the final service fee and is optional. At your discretion, if you are extremely pleased with the specialist, you can make an additional gesture to them.

      1. What products do professionals bring with them?

Our commitment is to provide everything you need. Each specialist will bring the products they work with. GoBeauty requires working with mid to high end professional products.

      1. Can I use my own products?

Our commitment is to provide everything you need to perform the service. If you still want to use your products, you can discuss it with the specialist and use it for the procedure.

      1. Can I buy products from the specialist myself?

At this stage, GoBeauty does not offer the on-site purchase service. However, this option is in our future development plans.

For the time being, the services are offered only on the territory of Sofia.

      1. Do you offer services other than manicure, pedicure, men’s and women’s hairdressing, massage, makeup and microblading?

At this point, these are the services you can request through the mobile app. However, send us an inquiry at info@beautyonthego.bg for a specific service and your wishes and we will do everything necessary to fulfill it.

      1. Can the makeup artist add artificial eyelashes during the procedure?

Yes! You can request this type of service from the menu.

      1. Can the hairdresser put on extensions?

Yes! You can request this type of service from the menu.

      1. Do you offer nail decoration?

Yes! You can request this type of service from the menu.

      1. Do I need to remove gel polish or regular polish beforehand?

You should not! Gel nail polish Manicure service includes nail polish remover.

      1. Do you offer wedding services?

Yes! For this type of service, please email us at info@beautyonthego.bg and we will do everything necessary for your special occasion.

      1. Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes! For this type of service, please email us at info@beautyonthego.bg with the type of service you want to give to a person special to you. We will prepare a gift voucher and, if you wish, send it to a specified address.

      1. Do you offer big party / event services?

      1. If I’m in the office, should my hair be wet before a hair dryer?

No, your hair does not need to be wet, but it is advisable to clean it (washed last night or the morning of the same day) to achieve a good end result. Our GoBeauty hairdressers work with dry shampoos that help to perform the procedure in similar conditions.

      1. If I have a service problem with whom to contact?

Our team

      1. Who are the specialists that come to me?

GoBeauty specialists are highly skilled in their field, with a minimum of 2 years experience. They all go through a test and training process, through which GoBeauty thoroughly tests their professional and social skills. Usually these are beauty freelance professionals or those who have flexible schedules at their places of work.

      1. Do I have the option to state the previous specialist who was in my home / office?

      1. Can I refuse a specialist to accept the request and choose another one?

You can cancel the entire request and make a new one, which would eventually be accepted by another specialist.
